No stupid questions here.
A lot of us use the Insight Timer App.
It’s wonderful.
It has a huge search engine. You can find all types of guided meditations.
Sometimes I just plug in a feeling I’m having or needing. Like compassion or self love and they got that covered.

Woke up in a real funk this morning that was continuing over from yesterday and found this meditation featured when I opened insight timer. It was the perfect thing to pull me out of it! Loved this meditation today. Excited to explore more from this teacher.

Billy shared about this one on his gratitude this morning so I checked it out. Its a nice version of a Tonglen meditation. I have always loved Ram Dass’ calm soothing voice.

I drive to Nanaimo to do all the H&I that I have been doing…fuck now I am watching how i end my sentences.

Its beautiful here, lots of places to meditate.

I really liked how he started off not telling me what to do or how to breathe. Although he did say “just sit there.”

It really helped this morning. I had dogs barking. Landscape maintenance. Wife getting up. Even said good morning to her. Pool noises. Coffee spoons clanging. But still sat there in peace somehow just being. Just being aware. I did have my eyes closed.
I don’t know. It’s just what I needed this morning. And it helped me so much.
