Mel, I absolutely LOVE this. I was also a Program Director for a company which owns Group Homes and Dayhabs here in Texas called D&S Community Services. Working with the special needs population has been the most rewarding gift that I have ever been blessed enough to receive. I was given love in the purest form from my residents. The joy that an individual with special needs brings to the lives of all those surrounding is immeasurable.
