Sustainable movement is movement you ENJOY
Food doesn’t have morality (Good, bad) some are just more nutritionally dense then others. Fun foods have a place in our lives too.
The only dirty food is food with dirt on it.
There are no bad bodies.
If you follow accounts that make you feel bad about your body or not good enough unfollow them.
You don’t have to earn your food.
The best way to heal your relationship with your body and food is to make peace with it. :blossom:

Love it. My husband is a big Zappa fan (I’ve tolerated and even learned to like some of his music over the years) and I respected him a lot more when I found out he was clean and sober. :laughing: Definitely a creative musical genius of sorts.
