Watching my mother die, and helping my dad to cope with it has prepared me for my own death. My perspective is very different than it was 9 years ago before she passed. Death is not a frightening or sorrowful thing for me now. You will be able to feel your grief and unresolved feelings and survive. You may even thrive. Message me if you want.
