I like building routines slowly. I am a firm believer in baby steps. I don’t beat myself up if my body says sleep in or no running today…I have learned to listen and trust myself. Now that I don’t drink, I no longer lie to myself. I know my truth and I respect and listen to my body mind and soul…I treated my self so poorly for so long…treating myself with loving kindness and compassion keeps me happy and healthy. My morning routine helps sustain that.
Get up with hubby 4:45 -5:00. Oil pull for 10 minutes, then drink 8 oz. warm water with lemon and apple cider vinegar. Then enjoy my Bullet proof coffee!. Watch the news, read emails morning yoga. Gym late morning for an hour!
