You’re quite welcome, though it’s just yesterday’s meditation. Finally taking @siand and @Butch’s lead and really hitting it every day.

A friend gave me a good book of ones I read in the morning. Only lately been doing proper ones in the afternoon, and it’s a great randomizer of reflections!

What do we sense in ourselves as we move through our city or town? Is it a heightened, frenetic energy?

If we listen and slow our pace, do we hear something steadier beneath that? Something quieter and more patient? A constant awareness moving as a gentle breeze?

When I feel the need to constantly demand perfection instead of progress, perpetually trying to fix myself, it suggests a belief that I am broken. That I’m not whole.

What if I could accept the truth: That I am complete, in this moment, right now? And just where I need to be.

It is all too easy to slip into automated motion. Going through the movements, divorced from the moment, responding without thought or feeling.

Even in these moments, can I challenge my reactions? Can I wake up and come back to the present? Can I make right what was done without reflection?

Good morning. Sorry for the gaps in my posts. I am camping with my kids in Tennessee and the WiFi is hit and miss again. I hope everyone is doing well.
