It was good. Brutal. Sad.
Always pulling for the drug addict and hoping they beat their addiction. Hard to watch some of it.

Great flick. Watched it with the wife. 
I didn’t realize, even though you said it was a serious film about drinking, how serious it was about drinking. We both enjoyed it though. A lot.

The two main characters work together remarkably well. The overly excited new recruit on her first case with her Dublin accent, offset by the ‘seen it all’ veteran, played completely deadpan by Sam Rockwell, sounding like a subdued Austin Powers had me chuckling through the whole movie.
It’s not fall around, laugh out loud, it’s 90 minutes of light fun. The supporting cast are solid, but Rockwell and Ronan steal the show.

Based on a true story. I just finished watching it. It was good and kept me involved. Definitely recommend!
