I watched that movie when it first came out. It was very moving
My ★★★★ review of Lynch/Oz on Letterboxd ‘Lynch/Oz’ review by Trey Strecker • Letterboxd
Watched this yesterday and found it to be fascinating - I thought it was a decent movie and I liked that it was not created in chronological order
Well this was……. Interesting strange weird good. I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of his movies. I had to google about it after. Thanks for the recommendation. I think I liked it not sure. Probably have to watch it again sometime.
Mulholland Drive in particular and Lynch in general reward rewatching. I’m not convinced everything is supposed to fit. The film seems crafted to permit multiple interpretations.
My favorite Gene movies have to be The Conversation, Bonnie and Clyde, and The French Connection, in no particular order.
Your dating yourself
Those are some oldies.
Yeah. Let’s talk about Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton. Or Louise Brooks.
I was always partial to these guys.
Oh, don’t get me started. I love old movies, and I think the best baseball was in the 1880s and 90s. Harumph.
Planning a double-feature rewatch today. East Coast cool v. West Coast heat. Two terrific films with William Peterson.
Manhunter is under rated! Better than Red Dragon IMO, even though they are both based on the book.
Completely agree.
Silence of the Lambs is Manhunter’s only competition in the franchise. They are such different films, I love them both.
Classic! Written By Tarantino
One of my all time favourite movies. That title song just sticks in your head like nothing else
Haven’t seen this in forever. It’s so good I need to rewatch it. Thanks for reminding me about it.
