I ended today to the psych ward because my delusions got so bad. I’m a fucking mess and I’m so tired of being alive, it’s been so long like this. Luckily I’m still sober but that’s the only good thing in my life at the moment. And of course my kids although they don’t wanna be in contact with me. I just pray to God to help me rise from this hell hole. I hope you guys are feeling better. Luv ya all.

Triple digits today, oh my gosh. How time flies. I feel so good about my sobriety and I can’t even remember when I’ve been sober this long. My stay at the psych ward is going well and I’m going home tomorrow which is nice. Have a great 24 everyone!
