I found a nice on the forum.

This one doesn’t look too hard for 30 days. Off course you can double or triple the push ups if you are not a beginner. Or you can half them if you have never done push ups before.
I will start with 20 push-ups. Who is joining me on Monday? :grimacing: :muscle:

Day 1 done. Ten for me are quite manageable but looking at day 30,.where it says 50, my heart was in my throat. Now that’s a big jump up but I’ll try to stay the course and see how it goes. Thanks guys. Good luck to you.

Awesome everyone! I’m continuing with my 5K training. I had another great run yesterday. About the same time and distance as Friday and Sat. Recovery day today. I’ll be adding some distance tomorrow. I have to push my 59 yr old body carefully. We’ll see how the ol’ girl takes it tomorrow. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Great stuff guys. My 2nd day done. My husband did it with me for moral support, “I’m like why are you doing it so fast lol, slow down” I tend to do my push ups more deliberately :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I really love this challenge. My arms, back and shoulders are fairly strong from weight training and

I love that it works the core too.

Oops, I only remembered late last night that I had forgotten about my push ups, so I did 20 fast ones this morning (which surprised me) to compensate for yesterday and today, only to see afterwards that yesterday was actually a rest day. Talk about a blonde moment haha. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::rofl:

Did legs and shoulders at gym this morning so it’s all good AND managed to jog a bit with my “dodgy” injury, but only 5 minutes and listened very carefully to my body.

Its really great to be with others who love exercise too. Thank you. Have a wonderful day!! 🤸‍♀🧘‍♂🏃‍♀🏋‍♀🚴‍♀

My husband and I are about 2.65 miles now but we’re current working on increasing how much of the distance we run. It’s still slow but it is getting better every day. I wish I could post my MapMyRun data but it’s wonky inside with bad weather and I can’t edit out my personal data and location. I need to find a way to save my weekly workout reports to post. They don’t have all the location and personal info.

You can try to increase the distance by 0.5 mile every 2 weeks.
Depending on what your goal is you can increase speed. If you goal is burning fat then you don’t have to run faster.
If you want to improve your endurance, you can start speeding up or do interval training.

I don’t quite understand why you can not post your running Data … is this because your GPS location doesn’t work because of bad weather? or you don’t have the right app for it?

Strava works well for me. This works with phone or a smartwatch

I think I’m going to have to try to Strava. My iphone GPS isn’t tracking my mileage accurately when I run inside when there’s cloud cover. There’s ALWAYS cloud cover this time of year. Oddly enough my husbands phone tracks just fine :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: I have to input the mileage manually which I usually forget to do. If I remember and I try to post the data, it has all sorts of info on it I really don’t want out in the online universe. If there’s a way to omit the personal info I haven’t figured it out.
