My First Week Done

Day 7 today and very happy. The hardest part was on my day off, which I usually drink. Instead, I cleaned my place, went for walks. It is great waking up without a hangover. The urge is still there of course. Thanks.

Question. I am new here. But everytime I type in a title it says used already. I put My First Week originally but says already used.

Congratulations on a full week!!

You’re finding other things to do with your time and that’s key to staying sober IMO.
Topic names can’t be duplicated. If it’s used already, you have to change it up like you did with this one.

Good for you Badblood! That’s a wonderful accomplishment. Hell every sober 24 hours is a wonderful accomplishment. String a bunch of those together and you’ve got a sober, safe life. I hear how important this is for you and I’m happy for you :innocent:

As Lisa said above, it’s not possible to create a new topic with the same name as a previous topic. But if you’re posting about your progress - “checking in” as people sometimes say - there’s a thread dedicated to just that:

And the plus side to that thread is you can check in and comment with the other wonderful souls here too.

Congratulations on your first clean week. Enjoy the feeling. There is so much more good stuff to come :innocent:
