Soooo, a bit of a kerfuffle with Ronin. Turns out someone wanted to use the pool today and didn’t put the landing net back. 
Good news is Ronin got a bit of a bath! Bad news is he’s pretty salty about the whole ordeal.
Gave him a nice towel to dry off and curl up in and, being rather short on cat food, I offered him a bit of my frozen pizza. He seems to really enjoy it, but just ate all the toppings and left the crust. 
Poor kitty! I mean, “poor kitty” with a dash of schadenfreude 
Look at him go! Mowing down that cheese like there’s no tomorrow! Yeah, that does seem to be the way he does pizza. That crust wastage is an affront to a good well-balanced pizza. But somehow I can’t bring myself to be mad… just look at him in that towel! 
I LOVE this thread! I keep coming back to see what Ronin is up to. This cracks me up!

Sat down to some Musashi after dinner and he jumped up on my lap. It was kind of nice at first. Until he saw what I was reading.
Now he keeps sticking his big head in the way, batting at the screen, turning the pages. I mean, it was cute at first, but…
Seems like some head scritches keep the little warrior distracted and at bay. So it goes for the night!

Yeah, we may never know! Hard to say. He hasn’t talked to me yet like he did @ChicagoT. Getting that reassuring, purring kitty presence. His gaze says so much though.

What the what? Thought somehow I’d left the fridge open all day. As I go around to close it.
“Rowr.” Guess someone was hungry. Found him sniffing around looking for yesterday’s leftover pizza.
Now I’m just trying to figure out where the sweater came from? 
Swear he wasn’t wearing that yesterday. 
Glad he has one as even here we’re starting to get a chill. Near freezing last night!
I feel like such a rubbish host, late for supper. Of course Ronin has been a very gracious guest nonetheless, even now hopping up waiting to join me for s’more reading, purring like a lawnmower.
Did I hear he’s heading your way next, @ifs? I may bid him a fond adieu in the morning for the greener hills of home before he find anymore trouble in my care.
This is genius, absolute class. I’ve enjoyed yours and Chicago t,s Ronin visits the most!! He just really feel at home with you two to have gotten so mischievous.

Ah, been such good company! Especially having the little furrball to curl up with on these chilly fall nights. Still, here he is looking all eager to bound off this fine Halloween.

Yeah, was looking forward to taking him out to my favorite park. Lots of furry critters there. Alas there’s only time to get out there on the weekends for me.
