Hello everyone. I’m Christopher & I’ve been sober for 5 months. I’m in my 40’s & this is the longest I’ve been sober since I was 15 years old. I was in and out of the rooms of AA for a few years (never having a sponsor or working the steps) before the gift of desperation, hopelessness, and extreme emotional pain pushed me to actually do what was suggested. I joined this because I thought it would be a great tool to add to my arsenal & I’ve found that I love my conversations with other alcoholics/addicts more than I do with normies
. We seem to connect on a different spiritual level. So, hello again to everyone and I look forward to meeting some of you as I “trudge the road of happy destiny.”
