I have relocated. Im changing my environment. Day #2
New environment means a new chance to meet new people!
Right. New friends and relationships. Day#3.
Day #3.5 I’m checking in again because I have the urge to fap. But its time I remind myself that I’m not the person I was before. I’m not a fapper. I’m way better than my old self.
Got through day 3…now in Day #4🙂
Day #5…I still have stress when I’m looking for jobs🙄…
There’s always going to be some level of stress in life, the difference is how we have it in our sobriety.
Keep going, day 6 is just around the corner!

Life is stressful. What are some methods you use to alleviate stress that don’t include acting out?
Hey I meditate like daily… I’m on a 32nd day streak! Any other stress relief exercises you would recommend?
Day #6…
Exercise is a good one. I walk my dogs every day and it helps me de stress
Oh…I find music to be my stress relief as well!

Thank you for sharing and being so honest.
I have several addictions. Porn sex being among these.
I am 10 days sober myself. While this may not be a long time, I am sober of alcohol 28 years. I use my experience there with my sex addiction.
1 day at a time. Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow is not here yet. That leaves me but today. If a day is too much, 1 hour or even 1 Minuit at a time.
I try to occupy my time with other “healty” things. A walk. Ring a friend. Etc. I also have Christian beliefs. I have recently gone back to my church.
We are here to support you and have gone through what you are now.
