Yeah I have had therapy with online ieso I think it’s called may go back for more it certainly helped

Things are good for me at the moment, my depression is under control I hope and I have been out for the first time with someone who was drinking beer at it didn’t bother me at all. Maybe just maybe I have this beat by I will never become blasé about it I’m a alcoholic till I die that is me now. Good luck to all others you can do it for sure. Not too bad thanks, I have my days when things are rough
Hi just tell everyone that I’m still going strong. I hardly think of alcohol now, and I’m not tempted when I see others drinking. I still have to be on my guard tho. Good luck to everyone in my shoes it can be done in just over 14 months now

Here I am still, sober now for a year and a half. I am tho suffering from bad depression it has nothing to do with the beer and it hasn’t made me want a drink it’s just another test for me. Hopefully I will beat this too

Still I am depressed atm , life is hard but now instead of getting shitfaced I try and cope by thinking it through. Won’t drink again for sure but deffo need advice in coping with the stress of everyday life and lack of money😪
