Mine’s “Bernie”.
Bernie deserves compassion, but he can’t be given ‘the light’. He’s my impulsive self. Dont think, just do. Just react. Say the first thing that comes to the mind. He’s dominated me most of my life, but i’m getting control every single day. He’s my most formidable foe, and yet, i counter him with connection. Ultimately Bernie is my selfish, 12 year old self who wasn’t allow to grow up because of being exposed to my dad’s porn. I dont hate him, i love him. But i can’t let him control me.

If I think about why I started to self harm it’s selfhate and wanting to stop the bullying. So I guess the name should have something sounding like those two bitches.
Maybe something like; Sally bitch, Hannes, brook, or such
