It is addictive, however decaf isn’t actually “no caffeine” it’s merely reduced to an ineffective range. I would be so sad if the only coffee available was decaffeinated

Drinking decafe would take away 80% of the pleasure I have left to me, well perhaps not but it would certainly seem like it, but, then the 150% feeling of pleasure I get from being sober would kick in.
But I’m still not drinking decafe ever, ever, ever, full stop, end of story

Seeing all of these high end homemade coffees has me feeling quite inadequate about the coffee I make at home before going to Starbucks. Maybe I need to buy something more unique…

For regular store-bought coffee in the US its ok. Its better than crappy gas station coffee.

I like Folgers Black Satin and French Roast for daily coffee. Cafe Bustelo is my go-to morning coffee. If I ever cut back on consumption, I may up my game. I do enjoy good coffee. Peruvian, Cuban and Italian generally have my favorite espresso blends.

I pass this coffee processing plant on my way to work. DE or Douwe Egberts founded 1753. The coffee brand most of my country drank when I grew up. Here they make the coffee concentrate used in most Dutch workplace coffee machines. Smells like roasted coffee, not the best kind but not that bad either.

Wine was a hobby of mine. Coffee replaced that. Helps that I used to sell it, plus tea and other breakroom products. I can wax poetic to the point of geekdom on coffee.

I like my coffee to be brainless: insert k-cup, press brew. I use Kirkland’s dark brew. Yummy.

Made a pot of the Veranda this morning and I wasn’t disappointed, it hit the mark with unerring accuracy.
I think I have now found my COC .
