My suggestions:
- Read around, educate yourself
- Make a plan
- Seek out professional help
- Join a recovery programm (there are many of them out there, not only AA based)

@Azzaroth I agree with this but any kind of support group meeting Dharma refuge, ect.
Just don’t try to do it alone my friend, it’s so much easier and better with support from other recovering people.
