I am doing pretty good, actually. I went to canvas and cocktails with some friends and had orange juice. I used it as an opportunity to tell them I was quitting. I’m thankful they were supportive.

You’ve got snow! Here Is too warm for the time of the year. Yesterday was the warmest 16 february ever in the Netherlands: 16,7 celcius!

Oliebollen for a nice treat. Crouquettes. And one of my favs is boerenkool.

Oliebollen is a treat we eat at New Years Eve. Boerenkool we eat in wintertime with smashed potatoes and a smoked sausage.

Yes my Oma and Opa came from the netherlands. Well that makes sense because my aunt made oliebollen on new years this year lol. And we also eat it in the wintertime with smashed potatoes and smoked sausage. Sooo good :slight_smile:
