Day 22 done. Had a real nice hot yoga sesh tonight too! I’m on a training taper for a 10k Thursday morning, so I might reduce or skip the next couple of days.

Day 27 done! :white_check_mark:. Also did my first run of the season in my Ice Bugs. Our road was paved this year and the snow and ice melts easy faster than when it was a gravel road, but I still needed the traction for maybe 1/4 of the 5k.

You can sprinkle in the rest days. Some of these might be done at the gym or maybe with just minimal equipment, as they are not all body weight. It’s a great mix of muscle groups.

I would need guidance on:
Pendulum lunges.
Pie squats.
Plank rows
Goblet squats
Upright rows
In and outs
