I made it with the frozen riced cauliflower. The trick is to get as much water out as possible. I couldn’t imagine cutting it up and riceing it myself. That sounds tiring lol.
They sell cauliflower rice in the frozen section where im at. I wouldnt know where to start to get from cauliflower to rice lol

Day 20 and 21, ok. I didn’t eat as much as i should have. I’m still having stomach issues… I’m going to try doing smoothies for breakfast and lunch then a solid food dinner. I feel like I’m having a hard time digesting my veggies😐

My food adjustments have helped so much! I have a smoothie and a bowl of hemp hearts, chia, and flax seeds in place of oatmeal. It tastes a lot better than i thought it would and it is less than a 1/4 cup.
My morning smoothies have berries, spinach, avacado, peanut butter, half scoop of protien powder and a spoonful of greek yogurt blended with unsweetened almond milk. It comes out to be about a cup and a half of liquid. These 2 things keep me satisfied and energized for a long period of time.
For lunch i have been having 2 hard boiled eggs and a smoothie with similar ingredients, minus the yogurt and replacing the berries with watermelon. Again it tastes much better than expected.
I’ve been keeping up with my water intake except today…i had diet pop and coffee during the day.
Dinnertime i haven’t been too hungry. I had turkey and cheese a couple nights and a burger without the bun tonight.
I feel so much better getting my veggies in this way. I’m not bloated or in pain. I don’t get hungry throughout the. It is more keto based too. For the most part I’m on target with the OA plan still. I need to get a salad or a cooked veggie at dinner. That’s the only part that I’m lacking as of now.
I’m proud of myself for getting this far and not giving up when i wasn’t perfect. I have also become better at meal prep!
These are all of my smoothie ingredients individually bagged. I only need to add liquid and peanut butter when i make them. And i have all of my “oatmeal” measured out for the day. I also have my hard boiled eggs done!
Today i am starting over. I had a bad binge on Sunday night. I’ve been mostly back on track since then but i had pizza last night and cookies another day. At least they were not binges. I had done my meal prep Sunday afternoon so everything is ready to go. Back to tracking today. Asking my HP for strength and letting go of perfectionism.
