57,58,59,60 were rough, I wont lie.
Day 14- did 35 before a workout and said I would finish after. Ummm we had multiple sets of weighted squats so yea my legs are trash now.
Day 14. Did a 5k training run then my squats. Maybe the squats are helping me build speed? IDK.

Ugh! I was dying at 56. I’m doing sets tomorrow.
Oh I need to do this! Late to the game. Love squats. Living in SE Asia over a decade got me used to squats anytime I had to use the toilet.

I broke it into two sets tonight… I can definitely feel the difference when I do them early in the day to in the evening. Need to stay on my morning routine.

Waited till my workout and it was in sets and weighted but I can guarantee I did at least 70
Day 16 done. Trying to ignore we will be doing double today at the end haha
