One thing you've experienced that few others have

I scuba dived… suba dove? I wore scuba gear in my friends pool. It was poker night and first one out got to swim around in the pool with his rig. It was pretty cool, even though it was a small above ground pool, and it was dark. It was very calming, when all you can hear is the breathing and bubbles.

Rock climbed The Eaglet in Franconia Notch, New Hampshire.

Saw Lynyrd Skynyrd as my 1st concert in 1977, 4 months before the plane crash.

That’s cool! Great experience!! I used to climb to the top of the cedar tree next to the house, when I was a kid. Wasn’t nearly as tall as a redwood!

I had moved to a fairly remote area in the desert SW next to some pit mines that had massive piles/ridges of rock surrounding them that large mining equipment used to drive on. Way up high over the road. One day when I was driving home from work I did a double take and saw a large group of either wild or free range horses running along the top of that ridge. Maybe 8 or 10. Then there was a big ol’ rainbow behind them. It was beautiful and puzzling. Later on, we’d see the horses wandering in our neighborhood, too. We lived near native land and guessed they belonged there but who knows. They looked healthy and would sniff my hand but were pretty skittish.

Yeah, it was quite a first show. Back when it was general admission indoors…no seats on the floor, you just wandered around or sat on the floor. A lot of smoke in the air too. Foreigner and 38 Special opened. :slightly_smiling_face:

Wjen I was in the military at Ft Benning GA I was on a training exercise, and we had to dig our positions,

I didn’t know I dug into part of a fire ant hill, and later that night I woke up to being bit on every part of my body by fire ants.

They truly are the work of satan

I got stung by a bee in the middle of a hurricane. And I have it on film. Me and a bunch of people were standing outside watching this pretty bad hurricane in Jacksonville a couple years back. This guy ran inside because he says he think he got stung by a bee! I thought he was crazy and didn’t think anything of it. I just kept on filming the rain and wind and all the craziness, then sure enough I felt something crawling on my leg and I ran inside to the apartment Lobby bathrooms and ripped my pants off and there was a bee crawling up my leg it stung me and then I ran out of the bathroom dropped the camera during the whole process. But it’s on a mini DV tape In my storage unit
I guess the wind knocked down a pretty crazy nest or something. This probably isn’t that interesting but for some reason it came to me

I don’t think this is all that of an uncommon experience, but in 2017 I motored around Maui Hawaii in a helicopter. It was one of the frightening experiences and will never ever do it again!!!

My first show was Pink Floyd, in '73 at a shed show near Cleveland. Dark Side Of The Moon tour, and my first experience with masses of people breaking the law. It made a deep impression on me and propelled my substance use forward.

I am liking it because of Pink Floyd, not your last sentence, which I totally get.

And my linens actually fit where they belong! Who’da thunk. I stored all my summer ones in plastic tubs neatly and felt like a boss. It’s the little things.
