Positive Affirmation

Part of what I induct into my recovery daily is positive affirmations. Habitually saying PAs to yourself often results in you eventually believing all those affirmations you tell yourself each day.

What’s your positive affirmation for today?

I like affirmations too, they can be very powerful. I say them in the shower, or while meditating, or loud in my car after I drop off my youngest in the morning and I’m driving to the train station.
“Good things are coming my way because I deserve it”
"I am strong, healthy, and at peace"
And the one @anon53189373 just mentioned is always an uplifting go-to.

im all about positive affirmations. id been saying the most terrible things to myself about myself for ages. just absolute shit talking myself everyday.

so im really trying to say encouraging and positive things to myself daily and starting to feel some benefits.
