Never heard of a wire haired dachshund. He’s cute. Maybe he’s got some terrier in him. My Benson, terrier mix, barks at passing cars. People on the trail. We have a really really long driveway. And he’s still in the house barking. I swear Benson barks 5 minutes before the FedEx or UPS truck gets to my house. Colin looks like a keeper though.

They are brother and sister from one litter apart…then of course got my dobie and my 2 mini pigs… then we keep our horses stabled from our home about 15 minutes away…we are animal people…they are treated like kings and queens…lol

Animals are very therapeutic. I’ve seen a rehab that had horses at it. What do they call it? Equine therapy.
I use to live in Durango Colorado. All the ranchers and or farmers had horses. Every road you drive down there be a horse here or a couple there. My neighbors had horses out back on their ranch. It was always fun to watch them. Magnificent Animals.
No one has horses where I live now

Awe she’s a sensitive sweetie. Penny Poop Poop . I got a cat that plops on my neck when I’m reading in bed. But she leaves in 10-15 minutes like a good cat should. Benson stays down by my legs all night long. He’s a 25 pound leg warmer.
Going to try and revive my old topic since there are some new people on TS that might appreciate it. No ones posted on it for awhile. Maybe some new people would like to join it.

Alice is our “squishy”. Beatrix is my office cat. Can’t do a thing in the office with her around. If we ever need to find B I just have to fire up the printer and she comes running. She loves a good print job.

Oliver always comes running when I open a bag in the fridge or open a can. I like to give him a tiny bit of tuna when I make tuna salad to brighten his day.
Maybe that’s why he’s so fat…
