Fall is certainly a special time of year. I have a love/hate relationship with it that I’m working on improving by appreciating my surroundings more, especially on gloomy days like today. I’m in love with this birch tree across the street from my house. My pretty little mums this year are holding up after some frosts. A couple of miracle tomatoes, my only ones to turn red with a late start on a plant from the compost. And our maple tree is dropping some gorgeous leaves! So pretty!

No it doesn’t :stuck_out_tongue:
I do not like those creatures, I’m afraid of them despite they do nothing but try to protect themselfs.

I just took these yesterday evening on a walk back home. I forgot how beautiful this state really is…it’s good to be back :sun_behind_rain_cloud::evergreen_tree::full_moon::mountain_snow:

We have a lot of trees but this one, in my front yard is my favorite. Even at night it’s pretty (there’s a spotlight at the base).
During active addiction, I never took the time to really look around my surroundings at all the beauty nature has to offer.
