Whilst quitting ciggarettes, your mental state could be unwell from day 30 right up to day 60.
Day 30 smoke free should alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression related to withdrawals.
Day 60 will aleviate mental issues related to insulin resistance which meanss your body is trying to find new ways to deal with blood sugar.
It is reccomended to eat 7 small meals and have some juice daily whilst in this phase of quitting.
