There are some free and really helpful worksheets at the link below. They involve coping skills and relapse prevention. There are also worksheets for various mental health stuff on the website.

Many people who are in recovery have a hard time identifying feelings (that’s me). I like to use the picture below.

I wanted to create this post so we can share resources (books, links, videos, coping skills, etc) all in one place. I hope this can be helpful to at least one person.
