Can only drink water if it’s ICE cold… other than that I prefer pretty hot water for the shower :shower:

I’ve read that cold water has some negative affects on the body, while room temp water has benefits. Personally, I try to stay hydrated and drinking cold water helps me with that.

I end all my showers with cold water for like 30 seconds.

Room temp 100%

I don’t really like cold, iced, from the fridge water.

Even when I’m out hooping in 115, I want regular room temp water, cold will just sink my stomach like a stone.

It depends… Drinking it first thing in the morning should be warm.

Morning shower is warm then freezing cold for as long as I can hack it.

On your face ? Cold. Always. Every time.

Working out at gym? Cold. Little cold sips.

Who are all you insane people that can handle short bursts of cold water in the shower before hopping out??? Are you all mad!?! :joy::rofl:
I know it has its benefits and you build up to liking it but no, nah, nup, nope I just cannot do it hahaha. Admire all of you crazy people who can though!!!
