If its Blue October or Lynard Skynard there is some music you should just avoid.

Some of the best and most beautiful songs are the sad ones.

Or hate my by Blue October. It makes me cry all the time thinking of my ex. He has a alcohol addiciton and I find the song speaks alot to our relationship. Especially when it ended. His name was even Justin lol. Too much of a trigger

I never heard them until I was 32 and in rehab. I wasn’t angsty enough as a teen to like them.

As if you needed anymore motivation to hate yourself. Sheez.

This song hit me pretty hard when I first got sober. It was also when my wife and I were still split up and all of that baggage.

Anyways, I heard it the other day and it freaking floored me. Like tears hit me. I was back in that time and there was some heavy reflection. Followed by so much fucking gratitude that I thought my heart would explode. Ha

So, here ya go
