Day 1 done. Sorry, I am a bit ahead so my rest day is Friday when I am moving. I created this thread. I think I was absent when I wrote it.

So for building push up strength, what is the best way? Start on knees, or on toes but go all the way down to the floor/ belly in between pushes?

I have OK core strength and can plank OK but I have weedy arms :rofl:

Maybe there are some suitable tipps there

Welcome!!! We do the exercises on the calendar and post each day once done. Some don’t post each day and others, like myself just do it as daily accountable. We have a challenge each month!
