Push up challenge? Glad I didn’t see this thread till nearly the end of September!
Day 26 done today. I’ll double up tomorrow to get caught back up again

Been doing my push-ups each day, just not been checking in. Not been having rest days, but have been doing them in more manageable chunks. 10s or 15s mainly - with good form, although some 20s and 25s have slipped in. Did 50 last night. Still planking every day, too. Aiming to keep doing push-ups and planking for all of October. Feeling better physically than I have for 20 years. Thanks for sticking with it, people.

I’ll join in! Since I’ve got my workout routine going and I have the motivation I’d like to give this a try push ups will be done on my knees tho. Would love to get even 1 or 2 actual push ups in by the end of Sept

Oh course!! You can do it 2 at a time if you need to. It’s just a fun way to stay accountable daily

Haha yes I’m in! I used to be able to do push ups when I had a regular yoga practice. So it’s definitely within me. Maybe by the end of September I will be able to do them again!
