Day 12 done. Not sure what I was thinking yesterday. It just slipped my mind. Will do day 13 after a while

Me too! I went for a swim yesterday and list track of this task…

Shades of day 30! Days 12 and 13 done back to back! :muscle::muscle:

Can I be in even if I already do 150 a day?

If you’re at that level, it’s all about form - and you can add challenges like the diamond, the one arm, the clap etc.

I see the monthly challenge more about the accountability and the feeling of accomplishment. Broken into 10s I could do 150 through the day also but that’s not the point here.
Feel free to join us!

Day 15  done!

Day 18 done, on the beach at my triathlon race as a warm-up/nervous energy dispenser. Then I went out and crushed it, improving over last year’s performance in the bike and run portions, and matching my swim time!

Sobriety has given my time, money, motivation, and acceptance of pain and failure so that I can pursue this passion.

@AyBee, @Singtone , @Runningfree , I can’t make more than 3 consecutive replies to someone else’s thread, so just hit me up with some emojis or something!

I wasn’t even looking at the calendar, I was so exhausted yesterday. And here it was a rest day! The stars aligned!

Day 20 - done!
