Ok. Did day 8, but forgot to post. Forgot to do day 9 on day 9. Just done day 9 today (day 10). Will do day 10 tomorrow on my rest day and then I’ll be back on track.

20 consecutive push ups with decent form is hard for this 50 year old. The last few were a struggle. Love it.

I started a bit before you due to expectation of a surgery. Anyway I think 30 is my limit. All intramuscular recruitment is done. At least it feels this way. I’ll see but it is fucking fucking hard and I need to rest several times in plank.
I’m starting to realise that. I thought that my deteriorating health and condition was a function of my age, but it turns out it was a function of my drinking. I can’t believe how much better I feel after 8 months not systematically poisoning my system. I feel better than I’ve felt for 15 years.
