Last night was a rough one for me and my friend sent me a video and the premise of it was one more time just one more time. So I went to bed and this morning I got up and ran not hung over. So if you are having a rough time whether you are on day one or day 1001 I say to you one more time. One more minute, one more hour, just one more.

25 days sober and 17 days no smoking. Feeling fresh today. Started exercising more and more. Enjoying sleeping much better and my anxiety is getting better. Not stressing about silly things as I used to. This is me and my middle daughter Rose she is only 10. She is by my side 100% of the way. Proud to be here.
