No picture of Jazz Club Scott. We planned the perfect day…with one exception…how much time it would take to drive from up north to the Jazz club…oops…only missed our reservation by an hour. So movie marathon instead.

Yeah, pretty cool. The building I moved to recently has Sports in its name and it’s pretty big on healthy living. 2 indoor gyms, 1 outdoor gym (on the roof), a pool, sauna, steam room and massage room. 16 apartments so not too many people. Grateful to be here at this time of my recovery.

Grateful for the hike I took and tried to write down all the things I noticed… swan, loons, woodpecker, squirrel, dogs, other birds and bugs not sure of the names, Alvin the chipmunk and Theodore, people, spiders, trees, water, bikes, cars, rollerbladers, train, two different couples having photo shoots done, one to announce a pregnancy and another their engagement, flying ants, dragonfly, one of the furious five, the whooping crane, I think. Enjoying my second sober Thanksgiving weekend and first clean one. Day 320 nicotine, 632 drugs and 785 booze.

Today’s been a good day.
