When in doubt… go for a swim
No cravings these days, just my “regular” life.
I had no plans to go swimming, because it was 5 degrees Celsius outside and the wind gusts were pretty chilly to put it mildly, but I really couldn’t resist. And it was calm for an hour or so, and the sunset so soothing that I just… “hopped” in. I only swum for ten minutes or so, mostly because it was getting dark and the northern wind was about to start again, but it was fabulous!
