Just hit 1 year on December 12!!! I am staying en garde because I’m only 1 drink away from the cycle! The Rat wheel. All your stories helped tremendously keep me pointed in the right direction. I feel happier stronger balanced and healthy. I have the brain power and stamina to take on life. I am growing into the person I always knew was burning inside. A veil is lifting and I see all. I make smart choices. I am living. Thank you.
