But I still have to keep the fight up every day with a few simple things, a few simple suggestions. It’s become exciting to see what I can make it through without drinking. And this community has been a huge help… On good days and bad. There’s no way I could do this on my own. I hope that you’re doing good on your journey and hanging in there… And thank you again

The last few weeks have been ROUGH. Self esteem down the toilet, skating on thin ice with other people and next to no sleep. Luckily and as usual, the worst of it was all in my head and I’ve coasted over my 3 year milestone. Very strong coffee to celebrate.
