Back to day 1. Just got COVID and it kicked my ass being isolated for a couple of days. No way food will control my life again. It stops now.
At least I got time to hang out with my cats 🐈⬛

Congrats on getting through your third year of recovery. 
I use mine as bedtime stories. If you don’t have the NA lit “Living Clean” I recommend it.

Sobriety has taught me not to put up with the bullshit. I’ve been at a job for the past five months where I was undervalued overworked and cried weekly. It put me in a dark place. A place I didn’t like being-a scary place for me and my sobriety. I finally said enough is enough and worked my ass off interviewing two to sometimes three times a day for the past month. Friday, I landed a job offer making 50% more than I was before with a company that is not toxic. Saturday, my boy took me out in the evo to celebrate. Don’t settle for less than you deserve. know your worth and know where you are valued. A diamond doesn’t shine at the bottom of a cave
