112 days sober!
Moving was blah as always but wow it’s amazing to be in our own space again!
I thrifted a desk for $7 and threw a mirror on it, bam, vanity! I always wanted one of my own!!
Super super jealous im putting everything together to put a homestead together in western louisianna am in talks with an old farmer for 60 acres
Crack is whack!
900 days! Congrats!
Awe thank u!!!
I’ve noticed that, I’m not to far from the Dunn Loring Metro, maybe a 15 minute walk, neighborhood is amazing, but the price tag is insane.
I have coworkers who moved to Tysons to save on commuting and found out it was cheaper traveling than walking up the street.
Centreville Manassas Woodbridge have been my considerations as of late,
Yeah I was reading there’s a big dispute about the Amazon HQ and them buying up real estate for their workers that’s pushing out affordable housing for others that been there for years.
Crystal City has become a hot spot for the young and nimble, apartments are insane, the nightlife just as insane I worked for JBG Smith for about 2 years and watched that area grow and them just pad the price with it
I love thrifting!! you can always find amazing things.
Brian you look pretty lean to me. Are you where the docs want you now?? Glad you are on your way to recovery.
Beard still strong!
And hearty beard you’ve got too!
That’s the thing about vacation, they end! And it sucks!
Haven’t posted a selfie in awhile. Feeling pretty happy for the most part. Love recovery Currently day 142!!
And Reston…BXP is throwing up buildings everywhere. Microsoft and Google both moved to the town center/whiele ave area.
Woodbridge is affordable but crime rates are high. Manassas you’re looking at $1,500-2k a month in the city proper. I recommend you check out Gainesville or Haymarket.
Good to see you posting! 4.5 years!
Fucking epic Scott
This is an 80 to 100 year old Yelloweye Rockfish. They are a protected species. Beautiful Fish!
Release!
I’ve been fishing for fun and getting paid with a couple of old buddies who I have inspired to get clean from meth. Neither of them are wanting or willing to quit drinking. Good luck with that!
Neither of them have improved their lives since I fished with them eight years ago.
I’m feeling grateful for my 974 days clean and sober!
4.5 yrs, so awesome one of the biggest inspirations that helped me (eventually ) get back on track when I first came here, forever grateful
Great pics everyone!
