@Alisa @Dolse71 I have been really busy with work lately. It’s been stressing me out a ton because I’m absolutely not ready to become manager. I’ve had way too little time to prepare for it and I don’t feel confident in myself or my ability to manage 40 people.
Then again, my 3 week trial run wasn’t a disaster, eventhough they were by far the 3 worst weeks of the year for the store due to a lot of factors. So if it wasn’t a disaster then, I should be able to mediocrely manage the store, which is better than not being able to do it at all.
Luckily my current manager, whose job I’ll be taking, told me he wouldn’t switch stores the 1st if September, but a couple months later, so I’ll have a lot more prepping time. Which is a very good stress reliever 
Otherwise I’ve been feeling pretty good. But still struggling with my technology addiction.
