I have come to realize that injury and wear and tear on the body is part of competitive participation in sport. This is the second season I have been sidelined. It is difficult for me mentally, and I’m aware how much my body image is tied to the amount of training I do.
For me, this is a season of rest, contemplation and hopefully some healing to come.

I watched Hard Knocks and I am only a Lions fan by marriage.

Hey ja, thank you @Jana1988, I’m pretty ok. Celebrated three years today the way I have done the other years by running around with my beloved doglings 
, doing some sweet ass deadlifts and getting a new tattoo.
There’s a lot going on with me mentally. Not all of it is fantastic or pleasant or easy to embrace. Some of it is. Some is the opposite. Some things in my life and in my … ahem… mind or soul (?) really are fantastic, there’s been so much change for me. I’m glad to be here. Sobriety is the corner stone of me becoming better, happier and more at ease.

I see alot of hope from Motown If they stay the path the players love playing for Campbell and they rally around him, that’s 90% of the battle, you get that kinda culture good players want to play for you. And players that can be better work harder to achieve their goals
I said the same thing about Vegas they brought in an interim coach who took a organization in shambles and led them to the wild card. Kinda sad they let go Bisaccia eh we’ll see how the season goes I guess
