Itās been a very eye opening time for me. My best friend O.Dād and passed away three months ago. In his passing it set my mind in a place of reflection of how far I have come and the reality of how fast oneās life can end with one bad choice. So I been continuing my focus on the good things in my life. Which is, for the first time in my life A LOT OF GREAT THINGS!

A man must do 2,225 pushups in under an hour every day to create and maintain a mental strength most will never experience.
Which is why I take breaks to allow myself to be vulnerable and feel weak once a week. Lol
If anyone would it would be me. Lol. When 1,000 pushups started to feel like 20 I realized I needed to do more to continually build my mental strength and unrelenting will to never give up. Lol.
Which now, reading that back makes me sound pretty crazy lol
