Popping in to say hey on day 1191 alcohol free. I started my wellness journey and traded in the wine and spirits for fresh pressed juices. This juice is a grapefruit pineapple juice.

Once upon a time this would have been a pretty regular thing. I used to take one kid out for a “special day” every other week. It did take a while to come full circle with all the kids, but my little one is the first one to start the tradition back up. And I’m looking forward to these “special days” because they’re just as important (if not MORE important) to me

Tomorrow will be five months. I feel proud, I’m accomplishing alot and putting in alot of effort. But I can’t lie, I’m also slacking, alot of days I don’t leave my room expect for groups, and gym. But I know what I need to do to fix it as well.

Day 121 AF
Spending then weekend in the North Ga mountains with friends. Woke up way before everybody else and went for a beautiful walk. I wish I could do this every morning!
