Thought id take a quick pic with my Virtual Challenge medal before heading to the gym! The quality of this medal is impeccable! I would have never ever done something like this while getting high. This medal in a sense represents my recovery and all that is possible!!!

Something I love about being sober - is looking at photos the next day knowing I’m sober in the photos! It makes me feel positive nostalgia vs shame over a memory that should be good🙃
Especially the simple memories with my kids.

Oh I would like to join you for a walk in the snow. We barely had snow at my place, I miss the winters of my childhood when we were burried in snow.
