Sorry to hear about your mum. I went through the same thing a few years ago and it was really rough. Good to see your taking care of yourself by keeping sober and being out in nature

I finally called and organised a script for my mental health and psych appointments. I’m looking forward to finally getting some extra help. Being sober is half the battle, I am determined not to crumble into old habits in my struggles.

Thank you…hair has purple tints to it —more prominent in the 
i cant get myself to bleach and then color cause then it would be really purple…

This was the lower half of my hair a few months ago (it’s super faded now haha) looked at the date, Feb 20th
One of the kids did it at home! She did a really good job i think! She’s 12

Visited the special exhibition in Van Gogh Museum “Van Gogh in Auvers. His final months”. Lots of works on loan, lots I’ve never seen before together with work from the permanent collection. It’s to celebrate 50 years existence of the museum. I’ve been coming here for the full 50 years, but never have I been so moved. Already booked my next visit.

Last 2 hour zoom meeting before a holiday weekend ! Cant way fir today to be 4pm. So i can. Go play with the pups and grill some burgera !!
