Non-selfie taken yesterday, on day 106, by my friend who wanted to see, in person, the golf course I post and talk about.
Just walked through there again today and hugged a tree, smelt some flowers, watched the birds, touched the short grass on the fifth green, looked for turtles and fish at the pond but they were resting or hiding.
May our higher powers grant us serenity.

All in all, (relapse leading to two psychosis episodes aside, cause that was horrible) its been pretty damn good. Thanks for being a part of it.

Sometimes we need those awful stumbles in sobriety to remind us just how bad it can get. I’m so happy to see you sober and smiling again 
It’s cold again, 8 degrees this morning and I just hate the cold. I grew up in the Pilbara and now I live costal, my body is still shocked when winter rolls around each year.
I think I’ll follow the sunshine around when I retire, head up to Broome in the winter
