she wanted to celebrate something called “pink day” which passed a few weeks ago, but since she had to work that day she decided to make her own day based on the color she chose for her hair, at a later date. Some tiktok girly stuff I suppose. She essentially had Aquaman throw up on her.

My little man’s birthday falls on Father’s Day this year. Lotsa hard work and continued sobriety allowed me to enjoy it to the fullest!

16 days clean and sober feeling fresh as a berry today feeling so thankful I realised what I had before it was gone because of my own stupidity 
Ah yes. I’ve done Helvellyn twice, most recently about 4 years ago- and I can’t remember if I’ve done Striding Edge (albeit I’ve seen it). What a lovely walk it is!! Very envious.

Have a nice chest day at the gym and ever since getting off my buspar my anxiety actually doesn’t feel as bad, so I took myself for a bike ride through town and went on a good 4 mile ride or so. It felt nice, and while I was out I looked for my old bike that got stolen, I still look for that bike almost daily. Much love
