Such a great time at Gym. Can’t get same quality then using. Even relapse on weekend ruins all the quality of upcoming week. My colleague from work started to go to the same Gym. Lots of laughter, good talk and great time - much better than time spend
at Bar :-1::poop:

Watching the sunset on my most recent hike. It was so beautiful and peaceful. I laid my head on my pillow filled with grateful thoughts that night.

and the next day. It dropped to 44F overnight! I got lucky to have this jacket in my jeep

I’m already planning my next hike, probably just a day hike though :unamused:

Day 1008! Finally hit the 1000s! Ive been meaning to post on here but things have been crazy. Have had some health issue’s and had a bone marrow biopsy a few weeks ago. Thankfully i just got all results back and all is well with the scary cancer stuff
 Things have been really rough and overwhelming
 but ive stayed strong with my sobriety . Hugs to all
